This is a full-time on-site role based in Latehar for a Quality Control Lead. The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for executing daily quality control activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations, conducting quality audits, and implementing quality management systems. The role will involve coordinating with project teams, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute quality control plans, procedures, and standards for railway projects as per regulations.
- Liaise with Commision of Railways (CRS) for project commissioning and approvals.
- Lead, train, and mentor quality control team, ensuring protocol adherence.
- Conduct site inspections and audits, identify issues, recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree or related field required.

- Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Qualification:
MHA, MBA Hospital Administration Good knowledge about NABH related work
