This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant at Keystone ecom located in Lucknow. The Account Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, such as preparing financial documents, maintaining records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. The Account Assistant will also provide support to the finance department and work closely with other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Accountant Assistant will be responsible for making consignments and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Tally and MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certification in accounting or finance (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment verification.
- Maintain accurate financial records by organizing and filing documents, reconciling bank statements, and updating accounting databases.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and statements to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
