Job Description

  •  SAP Implementation and Customization:
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.
  • Customize and configure SAP SD/CS modules to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD/CS with other modules and third-party systems as needed.
  • Business Process Analysis:
  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Order to Cash Cycle Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, including order processing, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Configure pricing procedures, billing plans, and customer master data to support O2C activities effectively.
  • Customer Service Management:
  • Configure SAP CS module functionalities such as service contracts, service orders, and service confirmations.
  • Ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through SAP CS.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize ABAP development skills for report and Smart Form development.
  • Implement and troubleshoot User Exits, BADI, BAPI, and other enhancement techniques.
  • Perform ABAP debugging, interface development, and workflow configuration as needed.
  • Testing and Support:
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to validate SAP configurations and customizations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including resolving production issues, troubleshooting bugs, and ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as SAP consultants and vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with SAP best practices, industry trends, and new functionalities to propose continuous improvements. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and standardization within SAP SD/CS modules. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD/CS Functional Consultant, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proficiency in SAP SD/CS configuration, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Service Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules such as MM, WM, and Finance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • SAP certification in Sales and Distribution or Customer Service is a plus

  • Sales and Distribution (SD) module Expert: He / She should be specialized in design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc.
  • Working Experience: Candidate should be with a minimum of 8+ years of working experienced resource who has functional knowledge of SAP SD.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle projects implementation in SD and Brownfield Migration Implementation.
  • Resource should have IDOCs interface experience.
  • Resource should have experience in intercompany sales, IC billing, pricing, invoice layouts and E-invoicing.
  • SD Pricing Expert and must have the technical expertise (ABAP skills).
  • Along with SD knowledge. He / She should be able to write functional specifications.
  • Prefer to have a SD consultant who can understand the technical/ABAP area.
  • Able to work independently.
  • 8-10+ years of experience as a SAP SD Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration implementations.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD module settings within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technology and its integration with the SAP SD module.
