New York: A young Gujarati Hindu killed by robbers

In a startling incident that has become the talk of the town, a Gujarati businessman, who runs a general store in New York City in the United States, was killed by robbers on Tuesday night.The deceased, Kinshuk Patel, was a resident of Bhadran town in Anand district.Police have identified two persons from the CCTV footage who carried out the attack.

The 35-year-old Kinshuk lived in New York with his wife, father and two sons. The age of one son is 4 years and that of another is 6 months.In 2015 Kinshuk was married to Ruchita, a resident of Dharmaj village. Kinshuk informed his home before reaching.

His family tried to contact him on his mobile phone when he did not reach for about two hours but his phone was switched off.After this, his father informed a relative living in New York over the phone.

When the relative reached the store, he found Kinshuk lying in a pool of blood. He was being taken to a hospital in an ambulance, but died on the way.Kinshuk’s uncle, who lives in Bhadran village, said he had moved to New York about 10 years ago and opened a general store with the help of a relative.They had already opened three general stores. Kinshuk was the only son of a family.
