Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) offers a comprehensive human resource management solution known as SAP HCM, or SAP Human Capital Management. Among the main features and modules of SAP HCM (on-premise) are:

Personnel Administration (PA): PA is in charge of maintaining master data on employees, which includes private and work-related information.
Time Management (TM): This module manages the procedures for timekeeping, attendance, managing absences, and evaluating time.
Payroll (PY): The PY module oversees the processing of payroll, which includes tax deductions, computations, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Your client responsibilities:
- Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of cloud implementation project
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators

- Good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.
- Configure tax related requirements for ANY of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and NZ.
- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 1 to 5 yrs
Preferred skills:
- Should have strong process experience in SAP HCM
- Success Factors experience will be an added advantage
- Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in SAP HCM with S/4 HANA expertise.
- SAP HCM certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience working on Government/PSU projects is required.
- Willingness to work from the client’s location is essential.
- Proficiency in SAP integration, particularly with MM & FICO modules.
