Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Social Web India in New Delhi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, handling branding projects, and working with typography. The role entails collaborating with the team to create visually appealing designs and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

Create and design various materials for digital and print
Ø Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
Ø Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
Ø Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
Ø Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
Ø Proven motion graphics and video editing experience
Ø Proficiency in video editing software (ideally Adobe Premiere)
Ø The ability to write and produce short-form promotional videos from start to finish
Ø Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
Ø Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Ø Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Ø Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
Ø Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
This position will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing all things designed for Aravalii across all digital and print formats, while maintaining Aravali’s design philosophy and impeccable visual aesthetic.

- Create designs and layouts across both print and digital mediums
- Responsible for conceptualizing and executing all things designed for print, digital, social and events
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
- Working with a wide range of media
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Responsible for creating striking layouts for the magazine
- Working on multiple assets for social and digital
- Coordinating with the Sr subordinates for design approvals
Educational Qualifications Required
Graduate or Degree in a arts and design with 3 to 4 years of experience
