The SAP ERP system has a module called SAP Quality Management (QM) that is dedicated to quality control procedures. It assists businesses in making sure that their goods adhere to legal requirements and established quality standards. The module offers a complete solution for quality management along the supply chain by integrating with other SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).

Key responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 Full life cycle of Global SAP implementations experience and demonstrated project implementation experience.
- Should be familiar with Integration of SAP S4 HANA QM with other SAP modules like EWM, PP, MM and SD.
- Works closely with the development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution is delivered according to the specifications and implementation needs of the business.
- Excellent Planning and Communication skill.
- Should be able to perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy the business requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP quality notifications and integration with Fiori.
- Detailed knowledge of all QM master data and configuration.
- Detailed knowledge of material movements and how they relate to quality processes.
- Ability to configure QM to meet business requirements.
- Ability to align QM systems and complex data models with business strategies.
- Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and developments as meet business needs.
- Ability to work closely with the business to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
- Cross functional knowledge and ability to work with people from different disciplines.
- Carryout System Testing of the fixed Incidents and update defects in Quality Center then coordinate with the business for UAT signoff and then manage the release/deployment of the fix.
- Delivering Impact assessment/solutions for change requests raised by the business.
- Assessing and suggesting the required upgrades in the form of support packs/enhancement packs
- Manage, coordinate and report application major incidents (P1 & P2)
- Preparation of cutover plan/RFC for implementation.
- Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors.
- Support to Design daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for business.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP QM
- Should have Minimum 2 Full life cycle of Global SAP implementations experience.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills in both Support and Projects.

- Participate in requirements gathering discussions with business and clearly document the business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Should have experience in writing Functional Specification
- Perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution
- Provide training support to end users on SAP QM module.
- Proven ability to configure SAP solutions and experience with planning and participating in SAP blueprinting and design discussions
- Experience in Global template implementation and rollout will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of other modules (For e.g., MM, PM, PP etc.) w.r.t Quality Management will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on conversion tools (LTMC, LSMW, BDC etc.)
- Provide resolution expertise in case of Major incidents
- Master Data Preparation, Validation and Execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP QM module
- In-depth understanding of quality management processes and best practices
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system and its integration with SAP QM
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP QM to meet business requirements
- Ability to conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training for SAP QM
