Job Description
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions in the SAP Payroll module using HR ABAP.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain HR ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements for SAP Payroll and other HR modules.
- Write and optimize ABAP code to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of custom developments.
- Design and implement BADIs to enhance standard SAP functionality and meet business requirements in the payroll module.
- Develop and consume OData services for integrating SAP HR data with external systems and applications.
- Implement RFCs for synchronous and asynchronous communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Configure and monitor integration scenarios using SOA Manager, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of ABAP developments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects in ABAP programs.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and development standards for knowledge sharing and future reference.

- 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer and technical leader.
- Extensive expertise with Linux based systems and Linux architecture.
- Experience in Openstack Cloud is highly desirable.
- Any Certifications on Linux based architecture like RHCE / Openstack is preferable.
- Strong in fundamentals including Networking, Security, OS concepts, Virtualisation etc.
- Hands on skills in Trouble shooting Development/Production systems.
- Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
- Experience on Shell and Python scripting.

- 8 – 13 years professional experience in IT infrastructure, customer landscape migrations to SAP Cloud or related areas
- Experience with SAP Migration Tools SWPM, SUM and SAP HANA system replication on conceptional and hands-on basis
- Strong OS (Linux), Database (SAP HANA & SAP ASE) and system operations (Monitoring, Backup, IDM etc.) know-how as well as multi-cloud platforms
