Keeping Records: To keep track of problems and trends, keep records of system performance, occurrences, and other pertinent information.
Managing Backups: To prevent data loss, make sure frequent backups of your data are made and that their integrity is checked.
Ensuring Security: Putting security measures in place and keeping them up to date to shield systems against hacker attacks and unwanted access.
Helping users with technical problems and offering advice on how to use computer programs and systems is known as user support.
