SAP QM (Quality Management)
SAP QM (Quality Management) is a module of the SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that manages and controls the quality of products and processes inside a company.
1. Core Functions:
Quality Planning: Establish quality standards and organize inspections. This includes developing inspection strategies, identifying inspection criteria, and establishing sampling procedures.
Quality Inspection: Manage and carry out inspections of materials and products at various stages (goods reception, in-process, and final inspection). This includes recording inspection results, dealing with faults, and implementing corrective actions.
Quality Control entails monitoring and controlling quality-related data, such as defect rates and inspection findings. This function aids in the identification of trends and ensuring that quality requirements are met.
2.Key Components:
Inspection Planning entails developing and managing inspection plans that specify what has to be inspected, how to inspect it, and the criteria for passing or failing inspections.
An inspection lot is a batch of material or product that is subject to quality examination. Each lot contains information about inspection characteristics and findings.
Quality Certificates: Quality certificates are issued to ensure that products satisfy the needed requirements. This is frequently required for compliance and customer assurance.
3. Integration Points:
SAP MM integrates to manage quality checks during goods receipt and stock movements. SAP PP Integrates quality checks during production operations and manages manufacturing inspection data.SAP SD Integrates for managing quality issues in sales orders, such as complaints and returns.SAP PM Integrates to manage the quality of maintenance activities and ensure that maintenance procedures fulfill quality requirements.

- Able to set up all PPQM master data and create and execute test scripts.
- Must have configuration and design experience in the PPQM modules.
- Go through Business process master list and run the tests.
- Testing, Prepare test scripts, configuration docs and presentations.
- Train the Business core team. Support business users in performing UAT successfully.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a SAP PP/QM/PM who speaks Japanese (JLPT). The SAP PP Consultant will customize, configure, and test SAP PP modules to support business processes. They will also build and implement solutions to improve production planning and execution processes, communicate with stakeholders to better understand system needs, and give technical support to end users.

- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
- Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visios for the clients proposed business processes.
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process
- Ability to configure SAP QM-PP and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client’s Standards & Requirements.
