Time Off Knowledge Requirement Work Schedule, Holiday Calendar, Time Off Set ups, Time off workflows, Time Off Integration, Simple to Complex Time off rules like Accruals, Hire, Termination, Interim , Period end processing , Leave Recalculation , Leave Encashment Expertise in project deliverables starting from project planning, country mobilization, scoping workshop, project kick off, user requirement, blueprint, system configuration, configuration document, test plan creation, test execution, UAT, regression testing, cut over activities, deployment, Go live, Hyper care activities and support.

Implementation and support experience in administration and setup of SuccessFactors instance, SuccessFactors work zone advance edition on BTP.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. This role will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module to meet the organization’s compensation needs.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Configuration and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module solutions to align with the organization’s compensation strategies and policies.
  • Consultation: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand compensation requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices within SuccessFactors Compensation.

Basic Qualification:-
