Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the payroll processes within our SAP HCM system. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing payroll functionalities to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure SAP HCM payroll module to meet organizational requirements.
Maintain payroll schemas, rules, and customizations.
Ensure system compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
Payroll Processing
Execute payroll runs and post-payroll activities.
Manage payroll calendars, ensuring all payroll cycles are completed on time.
Handle payroll-related discrepancies and errors, providing timely resolutions.
Support And Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day support for payroll-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing errors and system issues.
Liaise with IT and other departments to resolve technical issues.
Testing And Upgrades
Conduct testing for SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Validate payroll processes and data integrity post-upgrade.
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes and configurations.
Generate and analyze payroll reports for auditing and compliance purposes.
Develop ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Job Description:
- Should have minimum 3 years of domain experience in HR.
- Should have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
- Should have at least 1-2 E2E implementations.
- Should have knowledge in OM, PA, Positive time, Indian Payroll, PD and ESS and MSS.
- Must have sound knowledge of Indian statutory forms and all HCM related statutory forms.
- Must have knowledge of gratuity, leave encashment, LTC and full and final settlement.
- Must have good functional knowledge in ESS and MSS.
- Must have knowledge in HR forms.
