Supporting the business units with issues in the daily SAP S/4 HANA operation within the Quality Management (QM) environment, standardization and ongoing development of processes/functions as well as a proactively participation in shaping sustainable solutions for the future.
Maintenance of existing SAP applications in the Quality Management environment together with the corresponding related areas
Supporting the business units in optimizing business processes in the QM area with SAP S/4 HANA
Implementation of system adjustments by developing innovative solutions in consideration of standardisation according to the global SAP templates, including the creation of a technical documentation
Supporting the business units with tests, trainings or workshops
Participation in worldwide SAP projects (optimizations, upgrades, rollouts…)
The collaboration with external service providers and developers as well as their coordination
Role Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed institute
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
- SAP Certification in SAP PP strongly recommended.
- Expertise in Consumer Products Industry mandatory (Dairy/Meat/Consumer durables/Agri/Pharma/Medical Devices) with focus on Manufacturing /Quality Management preferred.
- Expertise as a Business end user role in Consumer/Pharma Industry would be an added advantage.
Domain Expertise
- Should have good understanding of Consumer Product/Life Sciences industries domain.
- Should have very good understanding and solution architecting abilities in the core CPG/Life Sciences functionalities of Production Planning and Execution.
- Should be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry.
Solution Expertise
- Min 5+ yrs of experience
- Should have at least 2 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the Manufacturing track in projects.
- Proven Knowledge of Material Master, Bill of Materials, Recipe management, Different kinds of Production processes, Settlements, Batch Management, MRP and Inventory Management Processes,
- Proven experience of handling integrations with other modules (SD, FICO, MM, PM) and applications.
- Solution expertise in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (Cloud or On-Premises) expected with certifications.
