Organizational divisions in charge of handling funds are called fund centers.

Planning and Budgeting:
Budget framework: Describe the fund centers and commitment items that make up the hierarchical budgeting framework.
Budget Preparation: Assist in the formulation, examination, and approval of budgets.

- 10+ years SAP FI/CO experience. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in 1+ functional module
- 5+ years designing/configuring business processes in SAP Funds Management (FM). Ex: Budgetary Ledger, FM Derivation, Budgeting and AVC Control.-Mandatory
- Software development lifecycle: gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post-production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting
- Providing FM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition
- Perform FM configuration tasks related to master data, budget execution, availability control and actual/commitment updates and integration components.
- Worked on FM derivations and FM table data flow.
- Worked on Derivation strategy and rules, account assignment of FM elements with other modules
- Worked on design of FM interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
- Strong working knowledge in Finance/Controlling/Funds management month/Year end activities
- Define user authorization requirements and familiar with FM standard reports and custom analytical queries.
- Hands on experience on S4 HANA FIORI
- Understanding on SAP MM FICO and other SAP Functional Modules integration knowledge with FM Module.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years and above, at least one E2E implementation. Overall 10+ years’ experience
- Must have worked independently in scoping, blueprinting, realization, testing, training and go live phases of the project.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Configuration experience: FICO – Primary
- Hands-on configuration Experience in S/4 HANA 1809 or higher for complex implementations for at least one full implementation/migration project in SAP Central Finance with strong design and configuration skills.
- SAP Treasury Management, Cash Management and Bank Account Management, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers Master Data components including COA, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs, Material Ledger and Routings
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics with S/4 HANA and Central Finance including configuring document splitting for full balance sheet reporting by different lines of businesses within a company code

- Knowledge of SAP complementary tools, namely BlackLine, xSuite, Anaplan and Concur.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP FICO COPA (Profitability Analysis) module, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for profitability analysis. Design and configure SAP COPA module to meet client’s business needs, including cost allocations, revenue recognition, and profitability reporting. Customize SAP COPA functionality to accommodate unique client requirements and ensure accurate financial reporting. Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity in CO-PA reports. Provide training and support to client teams on SAP CO-PA usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Controlling, and IT, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP CO-PA with other SAP
