Client relationship management: Field executives frequently deal with clients or consumers face-to-face, establishing and preserving connections to learn about their requirements and preferences. This could entail giving product or service demos, responding to questions or concerns from clients, and making sales presentations.
Sales and Marketing: Within their designated territory or market segment, field executives are usually in charge of accelerating revenue growth and sales. Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits and execute valuation-related activities.
Develop leads by visiting local branches of banks/financial institutions.
Prepare comprehensive valuation site visit reports.
Requirements:
Proficiency in the local language along with excellent English communication skills.
Strong territorial knowledge.
Minimum six months of experience in valuation preferred.
A diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a science graduate preferred. Qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
