CBSE Exams 2024: Annual psychological counseling before to the exam starts. Exams for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 2024: On January 1, the CBSE began providing psychological counseling to parents and children in preparation for the upcoming board examinations.

The goal of the CBSE’s endeavor to counsel parents and students is to provide them with the skills and strategies they need to deal with exam stress. The goal of this psychological counseling program is to reduce exam-related stress for students in Classes 10 and 12 in schools associated with the CBSE.

It will continue in two phases: one before the exam and the other after the results. This will mark the 26th year that CBSE has offered this psychological counseling program; it began in 1998.

The board stated that it has actively interacted with students through the use of YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram in addition to releasing other significant information on social media over the years, while also announcing the start date of the yearly psychological counseling program.

The CBSE continued, “You can also view and listen to audio-visual content on youth experiences, aggression, depression, internet addiction disorder, examination stress, and multimedia content on various topics such as specific learning disabilities, substance use disorders, and life skills to deal with them.”
