In order to serve high-net-worth individuals, Plainly is hiring investment banking (Sell Side) to provide Preps, Startup investment guidance, and services that help manage their wealth as effectively as possible. We are seeking a someone with a strong interest in wealth management, private equity, and startup investment. Someone who can assume responsibility for offering investors the greatest chances to make investments in the startup and private equity sectors.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Job Description and Duties:
– Assist in making rigorous, independent decisions for the whole Private Investments portfolio, including Private Equity.
Making investments in secondary sales of private enterprises and in startups that have been approved by the company by VCs, HNI clients, and family offices.
– Maintains the intended connection values and frequently engages with each mapped relationship to ensure portfolio quality.
– Providing HNI/NRI clients with financial planning and investment advice by carefully analyzing and identifying their needs and then suggesting suitable products in response.
– Keep an eye on current private investments by examining performance reports, quarterly letters, and all other manager correspondence, as well as by scheduling regular update meetings and phone calls with managers.
– Create plans for finding additional possible investors.
Capacity to collaborate with founders and CFO to support equity restructuring and capital raising.
