The Country Is Passing Through Challenges, But Donot loose Hope: All India Milli Council

  • The Central Executive Body Meeting of All India Milli Council, Discussed important issues, suggestions and decisions were taken regarding the Country and Community

  A very important meeting of the Central Executive Body of All India Milli Council was held online as per schedule, in which members of the Central Executive Body and special invitees from different states of the country participated and shared their positive and useful suggestions and helped in taking important decisions for the country and the Community.  The meeting was chaired by Hazrat Maulana Hakeem Mohammad Abdullah Maghaisi, President All India Milli Council, while General Secretary Dr Mohammed Manzoor Alam supervised and Sulaiman Khan Bangalore conducted the proceedings.  Maulana Mufti Rizwan Al-Qasmi Tarapuri’s recitation of Holy Quran from Ahmedabad officially started the proceedings of the executive body on online zoom.
  The agenda of this meeting of Executive Body consisted of about 16 points, including the overall situation of the country and the way forward in the context of Code-19, consideration of new national education policy, the state assembly elections to be held in Assam, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry from April to June 2021 were also seriously considered and necessary decisions were taken.
  Apart from the organizational affairs of the council and the 21st annual meeting, other issues were also discussed and decisions were taken. Condolence was expressed on the passing away of many important Muslim personalities of the country and Community, scholars, elders of the Community, political leaders, jurists as well as intellectuals, scholars and social figures, who had left to the eternal abode in the last few months of the year, the Executive Body of  All India Milli Council also paid tribute to the non-Muslim politicians, intellectuals, writers and social workers who rendered extraordinary services to this dear country.
Maulana Syed Mustafa Rifai Jilani Nadvi offered prayers of forgiveness for the deceased.
 Presiding over the meeting, Maulana Abdullah Maghaisi said that the era we and you are going through at present is definitely challenging but as in the past the nation of Islam accepted these challenges and moved forward with courage.  Even today, we are not disappointed and heartbroken, we will fight them with courage.
  The All India Milli Council does not tolerate any kind of panic, it has always faced the situation.  We will continue to move forward with independence and perseverance while maintaining our religious identity in the struggle to establish justice in this country.
 General Secretary Dr Mohammed Manzoor Alam and Assistant General Secretary National Council Shah Qadri Syed Mustafa Rifai Jilani Nadvi Bangalore said that the significant work done by Milli  Council in the field of public service during Covid lockdown is commendable, further we will continue to work across the country and  the council will continue to work in different directions, thank God the whole community and the council’s volunteers are constantly active for the cause.
 Therefore, we have to move forward by demonstrating our activism even more.
 On the occasion, Vice President Maulana Anis-ur-Rehman Qasmi and Maulana Abdul Aleem Bhatkali also addressed the online participants and gave their useful advice.
Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani Hyderabad, Mufti Umar Abideen Rahmani Madani Hyderabad, SM Abdul Raheem Patel Chennai, Mohammed Hanif Katib Chennai, Mufti Baqar Arshad Qasmi Bangalore, Sulaiman Khan Bangalore, Mufti Rizwan Qasmi Ahmedabad, Iqbal Patni Anand also addressed the online meeting.  Sheikh Nizamuddin Sholapur Maharashtra, Abdul Hafiz Lakhani Ahmedabad, Hafiz Rashid Ahmed Chaudhry Advocate, Inamuddin Ahmed Guwahati and Shahabuddin Ahmed Guwahati, Ibn Saud Chennai, Dr. Wakil Ahmed Rizvi Ranchi, Musharraf Hussain New Delhi, Alhaj Shahud Alam Kolkata, Maulana Aas Mohammed Gulzar  Qasmi Meerut, Maulana Dr. Abdul Malik Maghisi Saharanpur, Maulana Mufti Shafiq Qasmi Masjid Nakhoda Kolkata, Maulana Tariq Shafiq Nadvi Gorakhpur, Abdul Qayyum Akhtar Advocate Jaipur, Zafar Yab Jeelani Advocate Lucknow, Dr. Mohammed Asghar Chalbal Gulbarga, Mr. Barkat Ali Tanveer Bhuneshwar and Muniruddin  Sharif Chennai and others expressed their views and briefly mentioned the work done in their respective states.
 Among those who attended the meeting were Kamal Farooqi, New Delhi, Hafiz Athar Ali Mumbai, Syed Shahid Ahmed Bangalore, Munir Ahmed Khan Indore, Iqbal Ahmed Engineer Hyderabad, Iqbal Mohi-ud-Din Goa, E Abu Bakar Hassan Calicut, Abdul Qadeer Nizami Advocate Karnool A.P, Dr. Hasina Hashia New Delhi, Maulana Abdul Shakoor Qasmi Kerala, Dr. Zaheer Ahmed Khan, Maulana Aqeel Ahmed Qasmi, Islamul Haq Bihar Sharif, Mufti Nasir Ayub Nadvi Haryana, Ibnu Saud Chennai, Zia-ur-Rehman Kolkata, Ali Haider Lashkar Guwahati.  The meeting of the Executive Body ended at around 4 pm on the concluding remarks and prayers of the President of the Council, Hazrat Maulana Hakeem Mohammad Abdullah Maghaisi.
