Job Responsibility :
- Design – Produce SAP Successfactor (Recruiting & Onboarding & other Modules) functional designs that address business requirements.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions especially Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Experience handling Requirements workshops and design Solutions Good grasp of SAP cloud platform solutions.
- Familiar with testing processes, tools, methodologies and test-driven development.
- Excellent Functional knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors – Recruitment and Onboarding.

Job Description
- We are seeking candidates who have 6 to 8 years of Relevant experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management.
- Certified and proficient in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with at least one end-to-end implementation experience.
- Configure the Time Management module in SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements and best practices in a multi-country environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module – Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management module, following best practices.
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for Time Management module.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to absence management. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.

Role & Responsibilities at Job:
- Minimum 7+ years of overall experience with a focus in onboarding, Employee Central and Performance & Compensation Management.
- SuccessFactors work experience of minimum 5 years with at least 3 end to end Implementation experience of Employee Central & Preferably also in Goal Management & Performance Management/Compensation Management.
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Recruitment and Compensation, with On Premise/ Cloud ERP solutions will be preferred.
- Solid grounding in common business practices, policies, and procedures in the areas of Human Resources
- Strong implementation experience in SuccessFactors modules
- Understands Recruit to Retire processes, Talent management, Payroll & benefits administration.
- Understands solutions or technologies that map to client needs, as well as prerequisites and hardware and software requirements.
- Excellent Communication Skill.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 2-4 years of SAP SuccessFactor EC module experience is required.
- Must have more than 1 end to end implementation in SF EC is required.
- Candidates must have client facing experience.
- Team handling experience is preferred.
- Strong learning ability – agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
- Professional Attributes: Good communication skill.
