T20 World Cup 2024: Teams, fixtures, dates, times, and schedule: The 20-team ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is scheduled to start on June 1 and is comprised of co-hosts the West Indies, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea, and Uganda.
Before the top two teams from each group advance to the Super Eight stage of the competition, the teams will play one another in a single-round robin format. The United States of America (USA) will co-host the major tournament, with all Group C games taking place only in the West Indies.
On June 2, the first Group C game at Providence Stadium in Georgetown, Guyana, would pit the West Indies against Papua New Guinea.

Afghanistan: Karim Janat, Nangyal Kharoti, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Noor Ahmad, Naveen-ul-Haq, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Fareed Ahmad Malik, Rahamullah Gurbaz, Ibrahim Zadran, Azmatullah Omarzai, Najibullah Zadran, Mohammad Ishaq, Mohammad Nabi. Sediq Atal, Saleem Safi, and Hazratullah Zazai are the reserves.
Alei Nao, Chad Soper, CJ Amini, Hila Vare, Hiri Hiri, Jack Gardner, John Kariko, Kabua Vagi Morea, Kipling Doriga, Lega Siaka, Norman Vanua, Sema Kamea, Sese Bau, and Tony Ura are the individuals from Papua New Guinea.
Uganda: Alpesh Ramjani, Frank Nsubuga, Henry Ssenyondo, Bilal Hassun, Robinson Obuya, Riazat Ali Shah, Juma Miyaji, Ronak Patel, Simon Ssesazi, Roger Mukasa, Cosmas Kyewuta, Dinesh Nakrani, Fred Achelam, Kenneth Waiswa, Brian Masaba (c), and others. Ronald Lutaaya and Innocent Mwebaze are the traveling reserves.
Locations: The T20 World Cup 2024’s Group C matches will take place at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia, the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad and Tobago, and Providence Stadium in Georgetown, Guyana.
