Key Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Role Description

The job holder is a key member of a team responsible for managing the Niva Bupa regional

Sales through the Bancassurance partner. The job holder will work closely with the partner

channel, particularly branch managers of the Banca partners, Customer Service and across

the business to ensure the timely delivery of high value, high quality services to Banca

beneficiaries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments-

Business mix in terms of blended premium & no. of cases. Maintain cordial relationship across

all ranks and files of the branch and resolve escalations with in TATs Support bank’s sales force

in terms of various activities like o Joint sales calls to generate leads o Update branch manager on

accurate records of referrals received from all constituents of the branch o Adhere to the TATs

on first customer contact & follow ups from the date the lead is being registered o Service branch

customers for any query Regular product training / refresher to the sales force of the branch

Ensure activation of bank’s sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis Drive

productivity by right advising of health insurance solutions Measure penetration across

Position description: To run initiatives in line with key objectives of the Business which includes part of branch management, lead generation/logins, cross selling, renewals, CAM conditions review/OBA review, Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK) and Stock insurance/property insurance in order to attain the banks objective of business leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Branch Management-
    • 1. Scoping the RM/PB customer for lead/joint calls OR make use of available resources in the branch for leads/joint calls
    • 2. Planning the catchment area activity/scoping for lead generation/joint call
    • 3. Ensure RM/PB activation from the activities above.
    • 4. Creating excitement in branches/spot sanctions/contests/recognition program
    • Lead generation/logins:
    • 1. Follow up the on the calls made for documents/arrange for pickup of documents
    • 2. Check for completeness of documents
    • 3. Go through the Financials/bank statements for churn/bounces/interest servicing
    • 4. Collection of property documents for legal/valuation – check for completeness chain docs etc.

Roles And Responsibilities

 

  • Origination of New to Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio of Corporate Liability Group clients sourced by oneself.

  • Build Liquid Asset OR Cash, backed Lending (short credit assessment memo)
  • Develop deep relationships with PE/VC funds and Incubators to provide cash and trade solutions to their investee companies. Extend these influencer relationships to renowned law firms & Chartered Accounts as well.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
  • Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers and the Implementation teams across all Banking products to achieve these objectives.
