Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls:
- Build rapport with potential customers and create interest in our used bikes by making outbound calls.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively, using strong communication skills to navigate the sales process.
- Inbound calls:
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a courteous and professional manner and convert them into bookings and store visits
- Negotiations: Negotiate with customers on call for buying/ selling at system defined price.
- Develop bike expertise: Document frequent questions from customers and gain knowledge to offer expert bike advice to customers
- CRM handling:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details in our CRM system
- Other duties as assigned: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional channels of communicating with customers (Chat, Social media etc.) that contribute to additional sales
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in tele-sales
- Experience in automobile sales will be added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Diploma/ Graduate degree
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
