JEE Main 2024: After being admitted to the IIT, the youngster from Madhya Pradesh gained extensive experience with real-world procedures. He claims that after moving out on his own and handling daily life, he has become much more confident.

Videos of people making robots have always captivated me, and I wanted to know more. I felt that I should study engineering because I also enjoyed maths and solving problems. In 2020, I achieved a rank of 1743 in JEE Advanced and selected the Electrical dual degree programme at IIT Bombay. The dual degree programme combines a BTech and an MTech. I’m currently in my fourth year.

JEE Main Experience

I started preparing for JEE in Class 11. I enrolled in a neighbourhood coaching programme in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, where I was raised. My confidence increased as a result of taking practice exams. In my view, mock exams ought to be administered right away in order to develop students’ temperament, time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle pressure during exams.

The format of JEE mock exams can change; for example, at first, I offered monthly and biweekly assessments that were topic-specific. But as JEE Main drew nearer and the syllabus was almost finished, I began to administer JEE mock exams. These tests covered the entire syllabus and the questions mixed together various concepts from several sections.

Despite the fact that I enrolled at IIT Bombay in 2020, I just visited the campus in August 2021 because of the pandemic and lockdown. It was my first time being away from my family and home. Many of my buddies from my Jabalpur tutoring centre were in the same batch as IIT Bombay. After getting together, we shared a room for a semester. Together with making a number of other friends on university, I used to hang out with them.

Although the cuisine was delicious at first, we quickly grew accustomed to the flavour of IIT Bombay’s mess food. It was all really easy and enjoyable at first, but things got serious pretty quickly, and it became necessary to consider things like internships and positions for the future.

I was a part of Techfest, Mood Indigo, and E-Cell when I first started my online semesters at IIT. In addition, I took part in a number of competitions, such as the XLR8 and RC Plane competitions, the Institute Technical Council (ITC) in the Institute Technical Summer Projects (ITSP), and more. The majority of these tasks were completed in Tinkerer’s lab at IIT Bombay.
