Ahmedabad.    Siyasat.net 17 अप्रैल 2020, असारवा सिविल हॉस्पिटल, अहमदाबाद में जहां कोरोना वायरस मरीजों का इलाज हो रहा है उस हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन मरीजों की बोर्ड व्यवस्था धार्मिक आस्था के आधार पर कर रहा है जिसके संदर्भ में SDPI गुजरात प्रदेश जनरल सेक्रेटरी इरशाद लीलगर के द्वारा आवेदन माननीय राज्यपाल को दिया गया है।  उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ में गुजरात में लोकल प्रिंट मीडिया और बाकी सू़त्रोंसे जानकारी पाई गई कि असारवा सिविल हॉस्पिटल में कोरोना के मरीजों की व्यवस्था की गई है और हॉस्पिटल प्रशासन लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों को आहत करते हुए धार्मिक आस्था के आधार पर वार्ड की व्यवस्था की गई है इस समय देश कोरोना जैसी गंभीर बीमारिं में जूझ रहा है ऐसे में ऐसी घटनाएं देश की अखंडता और एकता की भावना के प्रति चेतावनी रूप है और कोरोना वायरस बीमारी में लड़ने में कमजोरी साबित होगी। इस विषय में राज्यपाल महोदय से आवेदन किया है कि इस घटना की जांच की जाए और दोषियों को कड़ी सजा दी जाए। प्रदेश में ऐसी घटना ना हो उसके लिए उचित दिशा निर्देश जारी किया जाए और जिम्मेदारी तय की जाए।  इस कार्य के वजह से सिर्फ राष्ट्रीय ही नहीं अंतरराष्ट्रीय न्यूज़ मीडिया पर भी यह कार्य की कड़ी निंदा की जा रही है जिसके वजह से गुजरात की पूरे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर छवि खराब हो रही है जो कि एक चिंता का विषय है.
