As an SAP MM Consultant, your role is crucial in managing material master data, configuring purchasing documents, and designing release strategies. You specialize in coordinating with clients to identify their needs, gathering and analyzing data, and developing strategies to optimize operations within the material management module.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully implement SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
• Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP Run Team to prioritize, test, and deploy system change requests or provide support.
• Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM, including screen controls.
• Assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP modules.
• Participate in rollouts of SAP (modules PP/MM) in EK-group companies.
• Facilitate the gathering of requirements, design, implementation, and support of SAP Materials Management to enhance clients’ business functionality and performance.
1. Implementing SAP MM:
o Work with clients to understand their business requirements. o Design and implement solutions that meet those requirements.
- Any Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
- Minimum 10-year SAP experience with emphasis on MM core processes and experience with integration of MM -related 3rd party software.
- Minimum 4 to 7 ERP migration and SAP RollOut & Implementation.
- Strong understanding & experience in Integration of SAP MM with SAP Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
- Must work effectively within the corporation’s IT guidelines.
- Practice good housekeeping in all work areas.
- Provide continuous improvement and support of SAP use for business working with IT partners to develop solutions based on business requirements and maximizing standard or customized functionality.
- Analyze, design, development, and implementation (set-up, testing, support, training, and enhancements).
- Participate in extracting and mapping SAP MM & Logistics master data.
- Provide extraction of Mm & Logistics master data for reporting purposes.
- Responsible for documentation of business requirements, test use cases, testing, training materials, and update/creation of application documentation for changes.

> Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and business requirements.
> Conduct end-to-end testing of SAP systems, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
> Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools, ensuring all scenarios are covered and documented.
> Provide the test reports for all the testing that has been executed.
> Prior experience in SAP implementation or support projects is preferred.
> Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy in SAP MM tables.
> Perform data validation, data extraction, and reporting using SQL.
> Develop and maintain SQL scripts for automated testing purposes.
