Setting up notifications and alerts for any deviations or problems include identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), configuring monitoring scenarios, and defining notifications and alerts.
Using the Service Desk capabilities of SAP Solution Manager, you aid in establishing incident and problem management procedures. This include establishing service level agreements (SLAs), configuring ticketing and escalation policies, and guaranteeing prompt issue response.
