Key Responsibilities:
– Implement, configure, and support SAP PS module
– Design and configure project structures, workflows, and processes
– Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI)
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
– Stay up-to-date with SAP product updates and releases
1. Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge in SAP CPM & SAP PS modules with ability to configure, customize, and implement solutions to meet business requirements effectively.
2. Lead and actively participate in SAP CPM & SAP PS implementation projects from start to finish. Provide expert guidance during all project phases, including design, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
3. Act as a subject matter expert and actively participate in project planning, scoping, and execution. Apply project management skills to ensure project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines and budget constraints.
4. Design and implement effective project planning and cost management strategies to ensure successful project execution and cost control.

- Senior SAP PS Functional Consultant with relevant experience of 5+ Years
- At least one E2E SAP implementation project experience.
- Good experience in all types of projects, mostly in customer projects.
- Good configuration knowledge in WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, milestone billing, results analysis, COPA settlement & CAPEX settlement processes
- Strong integration exposure with other SAP modules
- Knowledge of SAP Investment management module.
- Must be able to write functional specifications, perform testing and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Should be able to handle project cutover activities independently.
- Latest S4 HANA version experience will be added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- SAP PS Implementation Experience: End-to-end Implementation experience in different domains – Banking, manufacturing, Civil or any other Industry.
- Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project quotation, Time sheets, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS.
- Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
- Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP.
- Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
