The physical location or area where equipment is installed is referred to as the functional location.
Work Centers: These are locations designated for carrying out maintenance duties.
Plans for maintenance: Specify the frequency and timetable of maintenance activities.
Processing for Maintenance: Notifications: For tracking and reporting problems or errors. Operators, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders can create notifications.
Work Orders: Produced in response to notifications of maintenance. Work orders include comprehensive instructions on how to do maintenance chores, along with a list of the labor and materials needed.
Planning for Maintenance: Preventive maintenance refers to planned repairs that are done on a regular basis to keep equipment from breaking down.
Predictive Maintenance: Using sensors and data analytics, predictive maintenance chores are performed based on the condition of the equipment.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant Maintenance.
Integration with MM / QM / PP / FICO modules and with external applications. - Sound knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities.
- Familiar with Configuration of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans.
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP – Plant Maintenance and ability to Lead the team.

- 6-8 years of experience as SAP PM/EAM Senior Consultant.
- In-depth Knowledge of SAP PM Configuration, Master Data, and Integration with other SAP Modules
- Participate in requirements gathering discussions with business and clearly document the business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management & PM.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
