- SAP HCM implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and training.
- Provide expertise in SAP HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and time management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements or customizations.
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM modules to support employee data management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP HCM system.
- Support integration efforts between SAP HCM and other systems.
- Provide end-user support and training on SAP HCM functionality.
- Stay current with SAP HCM updates and industry best practices.

Working on business requirements changes throughout the cycle, including designing FD, Test scripts, working with developers, testing the solution, and communicating with business.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
Defect resolution and defect analysis related to sap hr and sap payroll.
Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, in E-recruitment and LSO.
