| 1. 4+ years of SAP PP/QM experience and 2+ years of good domain experience in Variant Configuration and manufacturing

Handle large implementation projects focusing on Production Planning & Quality Management processes
Lead a team in a functional capacity to ensure project success
Participate in project preparation, realization, and Go Live activities
Plan and manage blueprint workshops with clients
Define project scope, estimate efforts and timelines
Participate in RFP discussions and estimating

7+ years of substantial experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and preferable with one or more secondary support for other SAP modules such as QM, MM, WM, or SD with at least 3 full-life cycle implementations.
2. Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules like quality management, warehouse management and financial accounting and controlling.
3. Experience with implementing re-manufacturing solutions, material requirements planning, bill of materials, bill of process and engineering change management, PLM systems with SAP, EDI mapping, and automotive kitting related to manufacturing.
Exp- 6- 8 yrs.

• 6 – 8 years SAP PP/QM experience with at a minimum 2 full life cycle SAP implementations completed.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana would be good to have.
• Primary responsibilities will be as Production Planning expert with the following key responsibilities.
• Functional design creation
• Functional acceptance testing
• Integration Testing
• Training Materials Review and Modification
• Pre-Go-Live Preparation
• Day to day issue resolution
• Experience with MTS, MTO, ETO scenario.
• Experience with Sales order BOM, Super BOM, Super Routing, MRP Live, Sales Order planning
S/4 full cycle deployment experience in PP, PP/DS(Heuristics, custom heuristics and algo’s) and DDMRP is a must. (Detail Design, build, Test and Deploy)
• Well versed with PP and PP/DS master data and how to set up the parameters to provide right fitment for the shop floor elements.
• Hands on experience with MRP live, MRP cockpit, shop floor cockpits, etc.
• Well versed with DDMRP concepts and settings in order to understand the config. during system build.
