Paris 2024: Bhaker and Rana Reunite for Olympic Medal: Manu Bhaker and Jaspal Rana have an unusual training regimen. Every shooting session has a certain goal in mind for the score. If Manu fails to meet it, there will be a fine in the local currency of the nation where they are based, equal to the point deficit.
Manu explains, “For instance, if the goal is 582 and you score 578, depending on the circumstances, you donate 40 euros. You can either buy items and give them to individuals, or you can donate that amount. It is the norm at nearly all training sessions. “He made training so challenging for me that I didn’t find performing all that difficult.” He was a major contributor to the medal. His payed off all those years of hard work that we did together, and possibly much more so,” Manu remarked.
Rana, a sensitive man who cried on Saturday even after Manu qualified, claimed that Manu’s commitment to the game equals his own.
Rana remarked, “I can’t even begin to explain the kind of things we’ve been through.” However, sometimes those obstacles motivate you to strive for bigger goals. I know of no one who can push her boundaries as she can. I used to believe I was good at following routines, but occasionally she does it better than me.
It’s been a wonderful experience, and I’m glad for her. This bronze made me extremely happy, and there will be more.
