- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability targets for the domestic express distribution and supply chain business.
- Implement effective cost management strategies to optimize operational expenses, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Drive initiatives to enhance shareholder value through efficient capital allocation, investment decisions, and financial performance optimization.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing focus Industry sector and develop capabilities for potential high growth rate new industry sectors.
Customer & Business Development :
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to attract and retain key clients, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service enhancements, innovation, and differentiation.
- Develop business / SCM solutions for identified industry sectors like : Food / Pharma / Retail / FMCG / Auto & Engineering, Chemical / Consumer Durable and information technology.
- Establish robust customer engagement processes to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and appointments.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Draft and respond to emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, written/verbal
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
