Must Have
- Customer Requirements gathering ,Data analytics, translating customer requirements to functional business outcomes.
- Handling SW projects end to end in terms from inception to implementation and support.
- Visualization of Power BI tools and ability to drive the team to create custom dashboards.
- Knowledge on ERP/ FSM/ Servicemax will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.
- Responsible for following ITIL framework to deliver value for users of the EHS & Sustainability services.
- Coordinates with other Solution Managers for end-to-end process optimization and integration. Accountable for solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design; solution architecture; developing value cases for buy vs make decisions; integration of third-party off-the-shelf software; developing, integrating, building, and testing quality solutions; and retiring services and solutions per agreed upon lifecycle roadmap.
- Works with partners and stakeholder to define a solution(s) portfolio improvement and innovation roadmap with proper sequencing and prioritization of projects; Helps assess resource, technology, and investment needed in delivering against the roadmap.
- Supports and fosters a community of solution experts and acts as a thought leader in his/her domain.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related IT field
- Knowledge and experience with EHS and Sustainability processes and technologies
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience

Job Description
- Overall experience of 10 years in SAP BASIS and experience in senior Basis roles, exposure to full life-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong experience in ongoing service side of SAP BASIS Administration, supporting various SAP platforms and products.
- Experience and deep understanding of SAP performance tuning, system monitoring, and SAP Archiving.
- Working experience with project teams to plan different project phases, including performance testing (Stress and Volume), upgrades, patching and troubleshooting issues related to system architecture, infrastructure, connectivity and performance.
- Deep understanding of the following areas SAP HANA Database, S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Solution Manager, working experience in other platforms such as BW, CRM, EWM, APO, SAP Fiori Landscape.
- Exposure to SAP cloud products such as Ariba/Concur/Success Factor.
- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Experience with SAP RISE working with SAP ECS is an added advantage.
- Working experience with the BTP platform is an added advantage

- Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.
- Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
