Hyderabad University is accepting applications for PhD admissions: The entrance exam application process for PhD admission at the University of Hyderabad opened today. For a few chosen courses, including translation studies, English language studies, health sciences, materials engineering, and nanoscience technology, the university is already accepting applications.
Interested parties must apply online via Hyderabad University’s official website. For additional information on the courses offered, eligibility requirements, required fee schedule, reservation policy, and prospectus, see the university’s website.
Students can download their admit cards online starting on June 28 and the registration deadline is June 18. The exam is scheduled on July 7 and will only be available to students in Hyderabad, as it will take place on the University of Hyderabad campus.
Other than the aforementioned courses, PhD admissions to the University of Hyderabad will be made through UGC NET and CSIR-NET in 2024; the schedule for these admissions will be announced separately. The University of Hyderabad will compile the list of shortlisted applicants so that they can be contacted for the final interview. The official portal will host the list after it is published.
Math, applied math, computer science, physics, communication, education, chemistry, biochemistry, plant sciences, English, animal biology, philosophy, Hindi, Telugu, Urdu, and other 28 courses are among the subjects for which admission to PhD programs would be determined by UGC NET and CSIR NET scores. Students who are interested can visit the official website to view the list of disciplines.
