- Should be a Graduate with minimum 9 years of experience in MM Module
- Should have a good experience in Configuration of Org structure, Master data, Purchasing, Pricing, Account Determination, PR/PO Release strategy process, Outputs & Forms, Inventory Management, Logistic Invoice Verification and Physical Inventory areas.
- Must be experienced in designing and deploying Special Procurement scenarios like Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders, and Consignment process.
- Strong Integration knowledge with other SAP Areas like SD and FI.
- Should have worked on designing Interfaces with SAP / Non-SAP systems.
- Understanding of warehouse business process.
- Independently facilitate workshop to collect and map business requirements and processes.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between the client business functions and the technical team.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong client handling and communication
Roles & Responsibilities: SAP Certified consultant S/4 HANA MM
Minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in SAP STP – MM Logistics & Procurement including a full cycle implementation on S/4 HANA & ECC each
Extensive experience in configuration for MM areas like Procurement, IR, AP, Inventory Management, LE, STO, Subcontracting, Batch Management, VC
Expert on Organizational structure, Master Data setup and integration with other modules – QM/SD/PP/FI-CO
Sound knowledge of SAP WM like Inbound & Outbound, Cross Docking, Yard Management, Transfer Order will be preferred
Domain Experience in Procurement & Logistics Execution, Inbound Transportation function for around 2 to 3 Years
Familiarity with Purchasing Business processes and best practices, especially in area of Procurement, Inbound Delivery, IV, Pricing and other processes
Experience of working with Ariba is an advantage
Business process monitoring : 24×5 in rotational shifts
Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Accountabilities:
As the Senior Manager, you will lead our highly skilled SAP team, ensuring delivery targets are met for both BAU and project delivery. You will work as part of our global SAP team, fostering excellent stakeholder management with other IT groups and business stakeholders. You will take ownership of capability management and people management for the functional areas of SAP MM, WM, EWM. Essential Skills/Experience:
- Overall, 10 – 15 years of experience with SAP or other ERP and worked in a similar capability of leading a team of 30+ staff.

- Experience managing capability and people in a large matrix setup organization with complementary teams.
- Good experience working with senior leaders across business and IT communities.

Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience in the Pharma Industry practices.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement, materials management, and supply chain requirements and processes.
- Configure and customize the SAP MM/EWM module in alignment with client-specific needs, taking advantage of the enhanced functionalities of SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead or participate in full-cycle SAP MM/EWM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM/EWM with other SAP modules and external systems in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA’s innovations, such as the simplified data model, Fiori user interfaces, and embedded analytics, to deliver enhanced user experiences and business insights.
- Provide expertise in data migration and conversion, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data to the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM/EWM and S/4HANA functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP MM/EWM module and its interaction with SAP S/4HANA.
Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8-10+ years of experience as a SAP MM Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration implementations.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP MM module settings within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technology and its integration with the SAP MM module.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- SAP MM/EWM SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with related modules, such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP PP (Production Planning), is beneficial.
- AP Implementation / Roll out / Support experience in Procurement and Warehouse Modules
- Work Expertise in Master Data, MRP, Procurement, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, Physical Inventory, Valuation, MRP Process
- Work Expertise in PO Release, Sub-contract Processing, STO, Third party process, Service Procurement Processes

- Work experience in interfaces, i.e., EDI & IDOCS.
- Work experience in Data Migration and Legacy systems
- Integration knowledge with other modules like QM, FICO, PP and SD
- Should be able to support in Logistics Execution, P2M (SAP PP / QM) and OTC (SAP SD)
- Experience in writing functional specifications for various WRICEF objects.
- Should have good experience in testing, preparation of test documents, user manuals & training documents.
Good to have skills:
- Should have domain experience with Purchasing or PPC and QM.

Role requirement:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of MM
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

Professional requirements (mandatory):
- Minimum two e2e Implementation Projects along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Migration / Projects and SAP Implementation Methodology

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
