Emeritus and IIM Lucknow introduce the Chief Executive Officer Program. In partnership with Emeritus, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has opened enrollment for a 10-month Chief Executive Officer program.
According to a statement from IIM Lucknow, the goal of this 10-month program is to support the development of top executives and provide them with the skills, knowledge, and abilities they need to succeed in their positions and propel company expansion.
Applicants may join for this course if they have at least ten years of work experience and want to improve their skills even more in order to become CEOs.
After completing the Chief Executive Officer program, a candidate can, according to IIM-L, meet customer expectations for societal engagement, foster growth by enabling brand values and trust, possess strong, purposeful leadership for successful change management, foster digital transformation through innovation culture development, and transform business models for strategic growth.
The statement also stated that it is intended for leaders who have at least ten years of work experience, are brand-new to the CEO position, or have recently launched a business and aspire to be a leader who understands the dynamic business environment, is adaptable enough to lead change and transformation, strategic in their decision-making, drives organizational performance, and is an authority in functional understanding and critical thinking.
This program aims to develop an innovative organizational culture in order to prepare CEOs for leadership roles. In order to ensure long-term sustainability and growth, it prepares aspiring CEOs for the challenges of the digital transformation era by strengthening their leadership talents, developing strong and flexible competencies, and excelling in strategic thinking.
This practical program offers both an on-campus immersion at the IIM Lucknow campus and immersive live online learning led by industry leaders and academics. Peer-to-peer learning opportunities, business simulations like the Capstone and Strategy Simulation on Balance Scorecard, and a capstone project overseen by IIM Lucknow professors are also included.
The curriculum has been thoughtfully created to assist leaders in acquiring useful, sector-aligned skills that will enable them to motivate teams to innovate and practice sustainability.
Graduates (10+2+3) or diploma holders (10+2 +3), as well as postgraduates with at least 10 years of work experience, are eligible for this program.
This program’s sessions will start on December 30, 2023. The cost of the 10-month IIM Lucknow programme is Rs 5,60,000, GST excluded.
Participants will obtain a certificate of completion upon program completion and become eligible to apply for executive alumni status at IIM Lucknow.
