DU Undergraduate Admission 2024: CSAS phase 2 is officially up, here are five things to know before applying.

DU Admission 2024: The University of Delhi has begun the second phase of its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS UG 2024) on admission.uod.ac.in, in response to the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) announcement of the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET UG 2024) results.

These are five things students should be aware of before taking the Delhi University UG entrance CSAS Phase 2 exam.

1.    Candidates must select their desired program and college combinations in the second phase of the Common Seat Allocation System by logging into their dashboards at ugadmission.uod.ac.in, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

2.   Phase 1 applications are still being accepted, even though phase 2 has begun. Those who were unable to register for undergraduate admissions at Delhi University still have till August 7, 4:59 p.m., to do so. Corrections can be made by candidates who have already registered for phase 1 until August 4 at 11:59 p.m.

3.  In the second phase, students would need to link the courses they studied in class 12 to the subjects they took the CUET UG 2024. The university would only take into consideration CUET papers for admission if the candidates have passed their board exams. “Candidates seeking information about the subjects’ similarities should consult the Bulletin of Information. The candidate alone will be in charge of providing accurate subject mapping. In this case, the university’s decision is final and enforceable.According to DU, the General Test of CUET(UG)-2024 will not be mapped to any subject.

4.  On August 11, a simulated rank list will be shown following the conclusion of CSAS phases 1 and 2. Candidates may modify their selections between August 11 at 5 p.m. and August 12 at 11:59 p.m. On August 16, the DU UG admissions first merit list will be made public.

5.  The institution has announced that the admissions department has set up an email support system and chatbot helpdesk to assist potential students with their inquiries. Colleges have also set up helpdesks; information on these may be found at admission.uod.ac.in. Additionally, in order to assist candidates with the admissions process, the admission department will provide a number of webinars.
