Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) offers a comprehensive human resource management solution known as SAP HCM, or SAP Human Capital Management. It is intended to support businesses in successfully and efficiently managing their human resources. A number of modules under SAP HCM handle different aspects of HR. In January 2022, I last updated my knowledge. SAP SuccessFactors, the company’s cloud-based HR solution, has been replacing the SAP HCM suite.
Among the main features and modules of SAP HCM (on-premise) are:
Organisational Management (OM): This module aids in the definition and administration of organisational components, including organisational units and reporting hierarchies.
Personnel Administration (PA): PA is in charge of maintaining master data on employees, which includes private and work-related information.
Time Management (TM): This module manages the procedures for timekeeping, attendance, managing absences, and evaluating time.

Job purpose:
- Senior level consultant in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various SAP HCM projects for our customers across the globe
Your client responsibilities:
- Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.
- Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
- Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
- Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
- Over 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience including minimum 2 implementations in end to end payroll process.
- Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
We are seeking an experienced SAP RAR Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP RAR module, including risk management, compliance, and audit management. The Consultant will provide technical and functional expertise to implement, configure, and customize SAP RAR solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical and functional expertise for SAP RAR module
– Configure and customize RAR module, including risk management, compliance, and audit management
– Develop and execute project plans, test plans, and cutover plans
– Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions
– Develop and maintain technical documentation
– Troubleshoot RAR technical issues and perform system maintenance
– Provide training and support to end-users
– Stay up-to-date with SAP RAR product roadmap and new features
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in SAP RAR consulting and implementation
– Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit management processes
– Technical skills in SAP RAR, including ABAP programming
– Functional knowledge of SAP RAR module
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Certification in SAP RAR is a plus
- Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with development team
- Bring in strong business process knowledge on OTC processes and integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, EWM etc.
- Build global O2C template and proposes process improvement plans
- Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements
- Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
- ECC to S/4HANA Conversion experience
- Worked extensively with Customer in driving Testing, Cutover Activities
- Domain experience in aero/process manufacturing industry.

- Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
Mandatory skills:
- Over 1-3 years of SAP HCM experience including minimum 2 implementations in end to end payroll process.
- Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
- Good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.
- Configure tax related requirements for ANY of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and NZ.
- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 1-3 Years.
Preferred skills:
- Should have strong process experience in SAP HCM
- SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
- Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills
