Job Description
Role: Project Manager – Offshore
Location: Chennai- on Work from Office mode only. Preferably Chennai-based resource only.
Experience:
· 10+ years of a strong background in Project managing SAP Implementation, Integration, rollout, Development, Application Support, and Maintenance projects.
· Experience of at least 3 End-to-end implementations as Project Manager.
· Excellent Leadership, Communication, and collaborative skills with the ability to interact with International Customers.
· Responsible for leading and manage the SAP BRIM Project from initiation to completion ensuring adherence and understanding on the Solution scope, schedule, and Delivery Budget.
· Ability to prepare project plan, project charter, Resource allocation schedule, project tracking tools.
· Good team player to manage offshore project teams including SAP consultants, developers, analysts, System Administrators and testers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and deviations from the plan.
· Prepare and circulate Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to internal leadership and Customer as well.
· Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to offshore team members as needed.
· Continuous communication on project status, updates, and key decisions to onshore stakeholders through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations.
· Track record of delivering mid to large scale ERP projects successfully on time and within the budget. Exposure to SEI-CMM, ISO, ISMS
· Knowledge and experience on Agile Scrum is essential.
- Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
- Create a detailed project plan; monitors progress and performance against it; prepare
- Build and maintain strong relationships at CXO and senior stakeholder level, with the ability
- Facilitate technical discussions; organize technical and business tollgate reviews
- Be able to identify business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the

- Have a proven track record in SAP project management working with SAP products using
- Business-focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical
- Good understanding of the SAP product portfolio

- A high level of general, technical knowledge incl. current, emerging and future technology
- Experience in working and leading teams onshore or managed through delivery centres

- Understanding the SAP Billing products such as BRIM, Subscription Billing is a plus
Profile and Skills
Project management
8 to 10 Years of Good SAP experience, with good project / Business skill
- SAP FICO Background with good Functional knowledge.
- Minimum project budget management experience (forecast, engagement, …)
- Steering, coordination, conduct of meetings, budget management
- Professional English mandatory.
- CET working hours
- If possible Stellantis environment background (ICT tools PEPSI, JIRA, HPALM, PSASM, Stellantis IT cartography and major projects)
- Autonomous, proactive, openminded, business oriented, reliable, capacity for analysis and synthesis, formalization and communication capacities.
Context
The Falcon program (implementation of S4Hana at Stellantis) is very large, complex and fast. It consists of many projects: progressive construction of a core model by releases, progressive rollouts in the various Stellantis entities, contribution to other projects impacting Falcon, etc.)
- Very international context. Internal and external teams acting on the project.
- All documentation, e-mails and meetings are in English.
- The core team is organized by stream (purchase to pay, stock, maintenance, order to cash, record to report, controlling, bank, Invest to divest ). The Stellantis internal Core team is the guardian of the core model solution.
The design, build and deploy projects are carried out by our external strategic partners.
Mission
The mission is to manageFalcon projects, delegated to external SAP integrators, coordinate implementation of Stellantis IT landscape impacts.
Activities
Project Preparation
- Follow up on business requests for changes, contribute to the preparation of the releases. Identify and understand projects impacts on Falcon.
- Handle and coordinate on project cost estimates (assess internal costs, consolidate, and check projects estimated by partners or other impacted applications)
- Formalize and submit budget request for the project (PEPSI notes, one pager, ).
- Lead Request for proposal.
- Set up Work Orders for partner contribution to projects, formalize contractual commitments with partners.
Project Execution
- Ensure project followup and coordination
- Ensure Falcon methodology and tooling (design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, ) are properly implemented by partners.Follow-up and challenge partners.
- Organize and present project status reporting
- Issue and risk management, including action plan set up and follow-up
Manage budget and work orders
- Set up and track project budget
- Validate project milestones (deliveries, golive, etc…) and trigger payment
