HANA offers high-speed data processing and analysis since it stores data in RAM rather than on conventional disk-based storage, which makes it especially useful for processing massive amounts of data rapidly.
In-Memory Computing: Conventional databases necessitate laborious read and write operations since they store data on disk. On the other hand, SAP HANA uses RAM (Random Access Memory) to store data, enabling substantially faster data access and processing.
Columnar Storage: SAP HANA arranges data in columns as opposed to rows, which enhances query efficiency, particularly in analytical queries that call for the retrieval of just a subset of the data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6 -12 + Years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Hana Analytics modules.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
- Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 8+ years of SAP application development in SAP HANA Advanced Technology.
- Must have hands on development experience in SAP ABAP (Reports Interfaces, enhancements, Data Dictionary, ABAP/4 Workbench Tools, Adobe forms), and Workflows.
- Experience on SAP HANA (AMDP and CDS), Web Technologies and HANA studio is mandatory and will be given weightage in the candidate selection process.
- Advanced knowledge and hands on API’s and Proxies methodologies will is needed.
- Should have understanding of FIORI and UI5.
- Knowledge in Integrating ERP applications using Middleware such as SAP PI/PO , CPI or equivalent is good to have
- Knowledge on BTP methodologies will be preferred
- Must have successfully participated in at least 2 full life cycle end-to-end business transformation projects on SAP ECC platform or been a part of at least 1 SAP ECC application support (AMS) engagement in a previous role.
- Should be able to debug, troubleshoot, and analyze issues occurring in a production support environment.
- Good Knowledge in Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementation of ECC.
- Should have experience in project management and grooming juniors
- Should be bale to contribute in transforming existing business process and fine tuning them
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
