Registration for CTET 2024 July is extended by CBSE until April 5. The registration deadline for the CTET July exam has been extended, as stated by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The CBSE CTET 2024 application window opened on March 7 and will run till April 5, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Before the deadline, candidates who haven’t enrolled yet are urged to apply online. On July 7, 2024, the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is slated to take place. The previous registration deadline was April 2.
Via an information bulletin, the official CTET website, ctet.nic.in, offers extensive information on the examination, covering topics like the curriculum, languages, eligibility requirements, examination costs, examination cities, and significant dates.
There will be 136 locations across the country where the CTET July 2024 will be offered in 20 different languages. Paper 1 is intended for students in classes 1 through 5, and Paper 2 is made for students in classes 6 through 8.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CTET JULY 2024 REGISTRATION
The procedures to apply for CTET July 2024 are as follows:
- Visit ctet.nic.in, the official CTET website.
- Locate the link marked “Apply online for CTET July 2024” and click on it.
- Select “New Registration” and finish the enrollment procedure.
- Complete the application and write down the registration number.
- Pay the exam fee and upload the needed files as instructed.
- Once all the steps have been completed, download a copy of the form and submit it for your records.
CHARGE FOR APPLICATION TO CTET 2024
Applicants from the General and OBC categories must pay Rs 1,000 for one test and Rs 1,200 for both papers in the CTET July 2024. Candidates from the SC, ST, and disabled categories, on the other hand, must pay Rs 600 for both tests and Rs 500 for a single paper.
On January 21, the 18th iteration of the CTET exam was administered at 3,418 test centers spread across 135 cities around the country. A total of 26,93,526 applicants enrolled for the two papers of the CTET exam in January, and the CBSE reports that 84 percent of the candidates showed up for the exam.
