India must give public health initiatives that encourage physical exercise, a balanced diet, and routine checkups to detect and treat metabolic illnesses early priority in order to counter the threat they pose.
Dr. Vikramjeet proposed, “We need to keep up a very good diet in order to prevent them. Must maintain a healthy weight, abstain from alcohol, and quit smoking. It’s also important to take thyroid or insulin medications into account.”
The expert also mentioned that you may be more susceptible to metabolic syndrome if you don’t get enough “restorative sleep,” which is crucial for controlling how well your body absorbs nutrients from meals.
