The German multinational software company SAP AG offers a full range of integrated human resource management solutions under the name SAP HCM, or SAP Human Capital Management. SAP HCM facilitates efficient and effective human resource management for organizations. The modelling of an organization’s structure, including departments, roles, and reporting lines, is made possible by organizational management (OM).
The basic HR functions, including employment history, employee master data, and legal reporting obligations, are managed by personnel administration (PA).
Time management (TM): Manages tasks involving time, such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, managing absences, and time assessment.
Payroll: Oversees the processing of employee paychecks, guaranteeing that they are correct and in compliance.
Recruitment: Coordinates the hiring process, including everything from posting job openings to processing applicants and setting up interviews.
Setting goals, evaluating employees, and conducting performance evaluations are all part of performance management (PM).
