SAP HCM

The SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system has a module called SAP HCM, or SAP Human Capital Management, which is dedicated to managing an organization’s human resources operations. Time management (TM): Manages time-related tasks include keeping track of attendance, managing absences, and recording time.

Payroll: Computes pay, bonuses, and other forms of employee remuneration. It also makes sure that tax laws and other legal obligations are followed.

Benefits administration is the management of employee benefit schemes, such as retirement pensions, health insurance, and other benefits.

Employee training and development activities are planned, coordinated, and monitored with the assistance of training and event management.

Performance management: Makes goal-setting, development planning, and staff performance review easier.

Recruitment: Oversees the hiring, onboarding, and tracking of applicants as well as the job posting and tracking process.
