Initiative 1: EduSpheres Education Foundation
We are thrilled to share the latest developments and achievements of the EduSpheres Education Foundation with you. Our private educational NGO was established on July 22, 2019, and is registered at ROC_KANPUR as a non-government organization in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Last month was a great month for us. We arranged a partnership between FuGenEd and EmpowerIndia Trust and traveled to Kannauj for the opening of Empower India Trust Career Counseling Center at Kannauj. It was an incredible opportunity for our team to meet with students who were unaware of higher education and private sector opportunities. We felt honored to share our experiences with them and provide them with valuable insights.
In addition to this, two new students from Bustan-e-Rehmat, Kanpur joined our EduSpheres Group. We are proud to have expanded our family, and we hope to continue enrolling more students in the future to provide them with a better future.
We also had the opportunity to assist widows in need, which was a humbling experience for our team. We are also committed to taking care of NGOs and supporting our local communities in any way we can.
Initiative 2: FuGenTex Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
We are excited to share with you the latest news and achievements from FuGenTex, an IT company specializing in the SAP domain.
In the past month, we collaborated with a Saudi Service Provider to offer support for SAP Security and GRC. Additionally, we have worked on projects for the biotechnology sector in the US region and have donated 10% of our quarterly profit to EduSpheres, a charitable organization dedicated to helping those in need.
We are pleased to announce that we have received three new projects in the SAP Security, SuccessFactors and SAP ABAP domains. These projects will enable us to tackle a variety of projects in SAP ERP and deliver work of the highest caliber and standards possible.
Our future target is to continue seeking demanding opportunities in the SAP domain and provide our clients with exceptional service.
For driven individuals with technical backgrounds, we currently have SAP ERP technical projects available. These projects offer an excellent opportunity for professional growth in the IT industry.
Initiative 3: FuGenEd Pvt. Ltd.
We are excited to share the latest news and achievements of FuGenEd, an incubation facility of EduSpheres Group that offers professional training and skills development programs to businesses and individuals.
Last month, we started a coaching center in Allahabad, Kanpur, and Kannauj. Our Group Chairman was invited as a Guest of Honour to inaugurate the Centers and present our model that inspired people and families who were unaware of several economic development opportunities.
As we move forward, our target is to help students with their educational costs and continue enrolling more students to ensure a better future for them.

In the past month, we have successfully completed two exciting projects.
- The first project was for content writing, where we helped a client create compelling and engaging content to attract more customers.
- The second project was for social media marketing, where we helped another client develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase their online presence and drive traffic to their website.
