As per the news published in Zee Business on Oct 14, 2022, NMDC shareholders were to receive one share of NMDC Steel for every equity share held.
This happened as the government planned to demerge the PSU iron-ore miner’s steel unit. National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Limited had announced the record date as 11 October, 2022.
So, the bonus shares have started being credited to shareholders accounts from today i.e. 21.02.23, hence, all NMDC Shareholders are requested to check and confirm if they got additional shares of NMDC Steel.
