A real estate customer of Middle East needed SAP solutions to solve their issues related to-
- Problem 1- Centrally Manage their Projects
- Problem 2- Managing and Controlling their Processes
- Peoblem3- Centralized Testing Solutions
- Problem 4- Centrally Analyze, document, and trace IT requirements throughout a project.
- Problem 5- Centrally Analyze and manage all the custom codes in the SAP landscape.
SOLUTION
FuGenTex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. delivered an SAP Implementation Project to solve these issue through an SAP tool- SAP Solution Manager (version 7.2 SP15)
Solution 1: Implemented SAP Portfolio & Project Management functionality (In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP15) which is used to collectively manage and analyze for investment in a portfolio of projects. This is an enterprise solution offering from SAP that supports the planning and execution of projects.
Solution 2: Implemented SAP Process Management functionality ( In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP15) which is used to create documents for our current business processes and also describes the next generation of processes which we want to implement. Customers can manage this process together with all assigned documentation all the way seamlessly into production.
Solution 3: Implemented SAP Test Suite functionality (In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP15) which is used as a full-blown application for manual testing, automated testing, and change impact analysis. Test Suite covers all we need for SAP as well as non-SAP projects. It includes test management, test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
Solution 4: Implemented SAP Requirements Management functionality (In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP15) to ensure product development goals are successfully met. It is a set of techniques for documenting, analyzing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements.
Solution 5: Implemented SAP Custom Code Management functionality+ (In SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP15) which is basically used to access for all functions that you use to monitor and manage the lifecycle of custom developments from creation to deletion wherein we can continually optimize our developments and configure how they are implemented or affected by changes to SAP objects.
FuGenTex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. took just 2 months to deliver these solutions, alongwith the User Trainings and documentations like Configuration Guide and User Manual.
