For the investigative agencies, one of the important steps in solving the murder mysteries is to look out for the timeline and probable motive, and determine who was the prime beneficiary of the act? The recent escalation of tension between Israel and Palestine has an identical thread.
Netanyahu had disastrous election outcomes last time but somehow managed to clinch power by forming a unity government but failed to prove the majority in the allotted time. When the new elections are evident he needed a strong issue to garner the support of the masses and win elections. An electoral victory would have made him rescuer and savior of the Jews State and absolve him from the massive corruption charges which would have otherwise landed him in jail languishing for years and end his political era.
This is methodology is not new for Netanyahu, he tried this successfully a couple of times before hence it’s a tested and trusted formula for him. He knows how to raise barometers of sentiments and ignite the battle by escalating the conflict and reaping benefit from it. The main spectators and audiences of this bloodbath are the electorates who will be rewarding this act by casting their votes in favor of the corrupt, failed, and incapable leader who might have gained sympathy for displaying this heroic. The Israel people should realize this fact and watchful against the exploitation by the hands of their so-called leaders. These leaders have transformed them into the prisons of the fear of living in the world’s largest and luxurious jail in the name of a Zionist State where generations after generations are compelled to fuel hatred, animosity, and enmity for other humans.
The new generations of Jews and Arabs who might be acquiring higher education in elite institutes of the world need to wake up and shed the spectacles of bigotry, embrace the broadmindedness, start acting with love and compassion for all human beings and treating them with equality and respect.
There are many common things to cherish and celebrate, their faiths, in particular, having common ancestry and humanity in general which is above all of this. As Quran says,” O you mankind, surely We created you of a male and a female, and We have made you races and tribes that you may get mutually acquainted. Surely the most honorable among you in the Providence of Allah are the most pious; surely Allah is Ever-Knowing, Ever-Cognizant (39: 13).
