     Shri. Narendra Modiji
       Prime Minister of India
       New Delhi 110001
Respected Sir,
Sub: – Gang- rape and brutal murder of girl at Hathras in UP- plea for justice-Reg.
The gang-rape and brutal murder of a twenty year old girl in the Hathras District in Utter Pradesh is heart-breaking and painful incident. In what brought back memories of the horrific Nirbhaya gang-rape case, the Dalit girl was left grievously injured by four men who sexually abused her on September 14.She succumbed to her injuries on 29th September at Saftarjung Hospital, New Delhi. She had severe spinal cord injury and neck injury and a deep cut on her tongue and her leg had paralysed as the accused had dragged her by her dupatta to a field near the spot of village where she was gathering cattle fodder and gang raped her.

It is apprehended that the investigation and trail of the case is likely to be jeopardised and culprits escape from the clutches of law. It is, therefore, prayed that the Honourable Prime Minister may bestow personal attention in the matter to ensure that the victim and family get justice and the culprits get maximum punishment under the law. An eminent lawyer may be appointed as Special Public Prosecutor of the case.
