Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to go for major shake up of his ministry after Rajya Sabha election are over. According to reliable sources, he is not happy with atleast 20 ministers for their weak performance. Recently, he indicated his unhappiness during cabinet meeting when it was held to discuss Corona pendemic and its effects.
After election for 24 seats in Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will expand his council of Ministers and Some new faces will be inducted in team. According to sources, there will be surprising changes in the reshuffle of ministers.
BJP, along with its allies, other supporters and the friendly AIADMK, will be less than 10 seats short of the majority mark of 123 in the 245-member Rajya Sabha. Polling for 24 seats in the upper house of Parliament is scheduled for June 19.
With chance of Shiv Sena’s returning to union ministry very remote, Modi might give much needed shake up to his cabinet as he completed one year in his second edition last month on 30th May, 2020. Many important portfolios could be changed and that may happen sooner than later.
Due to Covid 19 and long lockdown, Country is facing uphill economy challenge, job crisis and migration of daily wagers. PM wants to put more focus to strengthen economy, so he may induct some economic experts in his cabinet expansion, according to sources.
Meanwhile, BJP’s new president J.P.
Nadda is all set to have his own team. By giving new team to him, party gears for assembly election in Bihar in this year and five more states in 2021. West Bengal, Assam, Tamilnadu, Kerala and Puducherry will go for husting in next year.
